Cross-Training Classes


We have 6 cross-training classes per day. All classes are supervised by a coach and can last up to 1 hour including the warm up and extra skill or strength sessions.

Class begins with a 10-15 minute coach led warm up which includes specific stretches and movements geared toward preparing you for the daily workout. Our cross-training workouts combine elements of cardiovascular endurance, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and functional movement. Each movement can be scaled or modified to accommodate any person at any fitness level.
